When changing output resolution on a chromecast, selecting ok in the menu does nothing no matter how many times you do it, until you also hit cancel, then it sticks. Just now found out that just doing cancel twice, no ok, also succeeds in changing the resolution.

in reply to Gidi Kroon • •When I switch them on, the tv and chromecast will negotiate resolution, hdr settings and colour encoding and agree upon which to use based on the best available modes. Following this agreement my tv will do one thing and the chromecast another.
